Olio Grids

Difficulty: Not over(ly) easy, but not over(ly) hard

It’s been a hot minute since I posted a full-size puzzle on the blog. Apologies! To atone for it, I’m offering the first ever Sunday-size grid on this humble site. It’s a collaboration with Geoffrey Schorkopf called “Get Cracking!” Geoffrey and I met about a year and a half ago through the amazing Lil AVCX program and have since collaborated on puzzles that have appeared at the Universal Crossword, New York Times, Defector, and, as of July 2nd, Fireball.

Geoffrey says, “I always rush to solve when Brian posts a new Olio Grid. It’s an honor and a privilege to debut here. Happy solving!”

What? I’m putting out a full-size puzzle on April Fools Day? It’s no joke, folks. I also have today’s Crossword Flow mini. If you have an iPad and an Apple Pencil, you should check it out! Nothing fishy about that one, though … I promise.
